Limited Warranty Coverage
Heavenly Tubs stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each Heavenly Tub comes with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original purchase.
Coverage includes:
- Tub Shell (Acrylic): Lifetime limited warranty against cracking or structural failure under normal use
- Plumbing Components: 5-year limited warranty
- Jets and Pump Motor: 5-year limited warranty
- Door Seal: Lifetime No Leak Guarantee
- Electrical Components (GFCI, controls): 3-year limited warranty
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, or failure to follow care instructions
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic scratches or discoloration
- Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Damage from water quality issues (e.g., high mineral content, chemical damage)
- Shipping damage not reported within 48 hours of delivery
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Contact us at heavenlytubsappointments@gmail.com or call (385) 602-1497 with your order number, date of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will review your claim and respond within 5 business days.
Warranty Remedies
At our discretion, we will repair, replace, or provide a credit for any product or component covered under this warranty. Replacement parts will be shipped at no cost to you during the warranty period. Labor costs for installation of replacement parts are not covered.
Warranty Transferability
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
