Processing Time
All Heavenly Tub orders require a 2-week processing period after payment confirmation. During this time, your tub is built, assembled, quality tested, cleaned, and securely crated for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for delivery or shipment.
Standard Shipping (Nationwide)
For customers outside our local delivery area, orders are shipped via freight carrier to addresses within the contiguous United States. Standard shipping typically takes up to 2 weeks after the processing period is complete, for an estimated total of approximately 4 weeks from order to delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.
All shipping costs for nationwide orders are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Shipping charges are non-negotiable and no exceptions are made. Applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional time and shipping charges. Contact us for a quote before placing your order.
Local Delivery (Utah)
Local delivery is available to customers located no more than 50 miles away from our facility. 5918 S 350 W Murray, UT, 84107
Local deliveries are typically completed within 2 weeks after the 2-week processing period. We offer two local delivery options:
Standard Local Delivery — $250 We deliver your crated Heavenly Tub to your home. You are responsible for disassembly of crate, setup, and installation. Detailed setup instructions are included with every purchase, and our team is available by phone if you need guidance during the process.
White Glove Local Delivery — $500 We deliver your Heavenly Tub directly into your home, install it in the room of your choice, and connect it to a provided water supply and drain area. This is our full-service option — we handle everything so your tub is ready to use upon completion.
This option is available BY PHONE ONLY prior to local delivery. After selecting and paying the $250 Standard Local Delivery fee (online or by phone), you will be responsible for an additional $250 for in-person, on-site installation. The total cost for both services is $500 if you opt in to have our team complete the installation in your home.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Whether receiving a freight shipment or local delivery, please inspect your tub and packaging carefully upon arrival. If you notice any visible damage to the crate or product, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us within 48 hours. Failure to report damage within this timeframe may limit our ability to file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
Please photograph any damage to the packaging and product for documentation purposes.
Order Tracking
For standard nationwide shipments, tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. For local deliveries, our team will contact you directly to schedule your delivery date and time window.
