All Sales Are Final
All purchases of Heavenly Portable Walk-In Tubs are final. Due to the nature of our products as classified Durable Medical Equipment (DME), we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Why All Sales Are Final
Our hydrotherapy tubs are classified as medical devices under federal Durable Medical Equipment guidelines. Once a unit has been delivered, opened, or used, it cannot be resold or redistributed due to health, safety, and regulatory requirements. This policy exists to protect the safety and wellbeing of all our customers.
Limited Exception for Unopened Products
If you receive your Heavenly Tub and the product has not been opened, unpackaged, or used in any way, you may contact us to request a review of your situation. These requests are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, and contacting us does not guarantee approval of a return or refund.
To be considered, you must contact us as soon as possible after delivery. The product must remain in its original, factory-sealed packaging with no signs of opening, tampering, or use. Requests submitted after an extended period following delivery may not be considered.

Damaged Shipments
If your tub arrives with visible shipping damage, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us within 48 hours at (385) 602-1497 or heavenlytubsappointments@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Please photograph any damage to the packaging and product for documentation purposes.
Medicare Purchases
Products purchased with the assistance of Medicare reimbursement are subject to the same all-sales-final policy. Any questions regarding Medicare-related purchases should be directed to our team for guidance.
