FAQ

How does Medicare coverage work?

Heavenly Tubs is a licensed Durable Medical Equipment (DME) provider, and our hydrotherapy tubs are approved for Medicare reimbursement. To qualify, your healthcare provider must determine the tub is medically necessary and issue a prescription or Certificate of Medical Necessity. Once eligibility is confirmed through Medicare Part B, eligible individuals may receive up to 80% reimbursement on their purchase. Our team assists with the documentation and submission process. Contact us or your Medicare representative to verify your eligibility.

What are the differences between the two tub models?

Both models feature 9 massage jets, a handheld shower, temperature control, two grab bars, NASA-grade seals, and slip-resistant flooring. TheParadise Standardis our classic model at 52"L x 29"W x 26.5"H with fill/drain hoses and power cord included. TheParadise Transferis designed for wheelchair users and individuals with limited mobility — it features a wider door for easier lateral transfer, sits taller at 52"L x 26.5"W x 40"H, and uses an easy plug-in setup. Both weigh 110 lbs, hold approximately 40 gallons, and drain in 60 seconds or less.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. Through our partnership with Foundation Financing, you can enjoy 6 months of no payments and no interest. This option is especially helpful for Medicare customers who want to start using their tub while waiting for reimbursement. We also offer $1,500 off your purchase when you pay upfront. Contact us to get pre-approved or to discuss which option works best for you.

How do I nominate someone for Heavenly Help?

Visit our Heavenly Help page and fill out the nomination form with the nominee's name, their branch of service or department, and a brief story explaining why they deserve support. You can nominate any veteran or first responder who could benefit from safe, independent bathing at home. We review nominations on a rolling basis and select recipients based on need and impact. If you are a veteran or first responder yourself, you can also share your own story directly.
